Job Description
AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transportation Delivery Manager to join the Enterprise Capabilities Digital team at AECOM.
This position offers the flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of in-office and remote work schedules and can be based from any location where AECOM has an office.
Job Summary:
The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will be the primary technical contact for the delivery of major transport projects across Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Digital. This will include all Enterprise Critical Pursuits and Tier 2 projects that EC Digital take on.
As AECOM moves to standardize how our largest projects are delivered, this role will take on various responsibilities, such as determining project delivery strategy for all transport projects through to development and implementation of technical processes and standards.
The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will be joined by other Global Business Line specific digital implementation leads that will form part of the wider Delivery Planning and Assurance team (DPA) in EC Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determining the technology stack to be used to deliver projects, from the standardized Cornerstone tool sets
* Determining project data standard requirements to be implemented on projects
* Outlining the digital production processes to be used by project delivery teams
* Working with Planning to identify suitable resources and outline project programs
* Working with Assurance to proactively monitor projects during delivery, to ensure they continuously meet all quality metrics
* Enabling EC Digital's Delivery Service and the wider organization to successfully adopt project execution standard
* Collaborating with all other digital implementation leads and the wider DPA team to continuously improve our standardized delivery approach for major projects
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this critical role, you will need to have significant experience of delivering large, complex transport projects. You will have a sound technical understanding of various technologies used to deliver such projects, as well as common delivery standards and processes. You will also be capable of acting a leader in this field, comfortable with simultaneously influencing project teams to take up the standardized project delivery approach whilst also influencing up the way to senior digital leadership in the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years' experience working on delivery of large, complex transportation projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
5 years working in a digital leadership role in a large engineering organization
Thorough understanding of Industry-standard platforms (Autodesk, Bentley, GIS platforms).
Thorough understanding of industry standard project delivery authoring technologies and their application to engineering design and/or construction.
Extensive experience with the Bentley delivery suite, and experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
Thorough understanding of international standards such as ISO 19650 and how they are applied within various Common Data Environment (CDE) technologies
Proven ability to lead and influence within a large organization
Excellent communications skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical and business issues related to project delivery
Projectmanagement skills, with a focus on integrating digital into, planning, delivery, or operations
Proven ability to engage in the proposal and bid processes to articulate digital capabilities
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
Computation Design methods and technologies
Through understanding programming skills related to data management or model authoring, using traditional coding or low-code methods
Knowledge of regional market dynamics, client expectations, and regulatory frameworks
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as: Architectural, Engineering or Construction Management (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related)
Certifications: Industry Certification (Professional institutions, Vendor Certified Professional) and/ or ProjectManagement Professional (PMP)

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a highly experienced SeniorProjectManager to support a nationwide capital construction program for a U.S. Federal client. Serving as the Owner's Representative, this role is responsible for providing comprehensive oversight of project execution, contract administration, cost and schedule control, and compliance across all phases of delivery-from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. The SeniorProjectManager will act as a trusted partner to the client, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements.
This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Attend and represent owner preconstruction meetings.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate approvals, address concerns, and maintain compliance.
Assist with evaluating, processing, tracking, and drafting all proposed or actual contract modifications.
Manageproject budgets and financial performance by tracking costs, forecasting expenses, and ensuring profitability.
Review all Value Engineering (VE) Proposals, supporting documentation, technical evaluations, and recommend acceptance or rejection of the proposal.
Review cost estimates.
Review project budget.
Resolve disputes and contractual issues by working with legal, claims, and project control teams.
Review the payment invoices, negotiate disputed items, and prepare recommended payment vouchers for signature.

Coordinate GC Workplan and advise if the construction contractor fails to promptly remove, correct, or replace unacceptable construction work, and assess any delays caused by such failure.
Coordinate client Outage / Shutdown Procedure
Coordinating construction activities between IT integrator, furniture vendors and various other contractors
Promptly report to the construction contractors, in writing, observed variances from the contract requirements with a copy to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Review the construction contract, identify all tests that the construction contractor is required to perform, and prepare a written testing schedule.
Review the contract documents and prepare a written response, to the satisfaction of the COR, to all RFI's for which a response can be formulated with the information contained in the contract documents.
Summarizing significant test results in progress reports
Assess whether the number of helpers, laborers, trainees, and apprentices is excessive compared to the number of journeymen.
Assist in enforcing labor standards at the Project site.
Assist with instituting corrective actions if labor violations are found.
Confirm that the construction contractor has posted the effective wage rate decision at the site.
Submit a written report summarizing Subcontractor activity, compliance with the Subcontracting Plan, and adherence to goals contained within the Subcontracting Plan.
Verify that the approved Subcontracting Plan is followed once each quarter (four times per year).
Verify that workers designated as apprentices are enrolled in a certified apprenticeship program.
Review payrolls to verify payment of any required minimum wage rates.
Immediately notify the construction contractor, the COR, or other project officials if a potentially life-threatening safety conditions are observed.
Inspect the construction contractors' workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with requirements of the construction contracts.
Lead safety and quality control initiatives to maintain a safe work environment and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Maintain a list of all defects and omissions.
Maintain Non-Conformance Notice and Open Issues Log Reconciliation
Monitor project progress and prepare reports for executive leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
Notify project of test failures and planning corrective actions
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
8 years of experience progressive construction projectmanagement experience that includes knowledge of all project phases: planning, design, preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
Experience with managing US Federal Government projects within the past 5 years.
Relevant experience leading contacts, managing people, budgets, schedules, overseeing subcontractor performance, and working with stakeholders and governing agencies on behalf of a public-works owner.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Master's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture professional certifications (CCM/PMP) and/or license (RA/PE).
OSHA 10 Certification.
Experience and understanding of all contract documents and in field problem solving skills and the interpretation of drawings and specifications

Job Description
Catapult Consultants is looking for an experienced Project or Program Manager to join our Civilian Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing and delivering a range of projects (technical and/or programmatic) for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), specifically within the Operating Divisions that closely align with Catapult's current and future business. Among others, these include the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), to include the Office of Head Start (OHS), the Office of Regional Operations and the specific Regions.
This person will report to the Vice President of Civilian Programs and will be instrumental in leading day-to-day operations of a client project, or projects, and will contribute to strategic development for our Healthcare client group. Position Overview:
The ProjectManager will drive technology and analytics delivery by: (1) managing and leading technical team members, (2) managing all facets of project execution and high-quality delivery in scope, on time, within budget, (3) managing client expectations and client satisfaction in product delivery, and (4) overseeing contractual, financial, and resourcing data and information for the client and the ERI organization.
The ideal ProjectManager will also have an understanding and appreciation for data, analytics, and technology, and will have involved in the design, build, test, deploy phases of data analytics and data science products and solutions. Internally, they regularly interface with technical data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, and software engineers to aid in business analysis, requirements gathering, technology design and delivery, and quality assurance. Externally, they regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization program managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, and management to facilitate and lead the tactical delivery of analytics projects.
Position Requirements:

Required Education: Bachelor s degree in or a technical field and/or business related area
Required Skills / Experience:
PMP Certification (or the willingness and ability to receive a PMP certification within one year of hire)
Multi-year experience with leading projects within industry standard projectmanagement frameworks (i.e., PMP, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
Multi-year experience in the consulting industry (technology, management, strategy) and managing client engagements with either internal or external clients
Experience with government contracting or experience working with federal government agencies
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Master s degree in data science, data analytics, math, statistics, engineering, computer science, or business administration.
Involved in team efforts to design and deploy data and analytics solutions that involve querying databases, analyzing data, building data pipelines, and applying data science concepts such as supervised and unsupervised, text mining, and graph analytics
Agile Certified
Multi-year experience growing and expanding federal government portfolios
