Mill Equipment Operator Description Responsible for operating and adjusting 3 pellet mills. Performing QC testing of finished pellets. Responsible for testing of incoming raw material and mix moisture content. Responsible for roll changes on pellet mills using overhead hoist. Mill Equipment Operator Inspections and Maintenance: Assist dryer operator with keeping pellet moisture between 4-4.5% moisture content by giving feedback to dryer operator. Responsibilities include: Provides direct leadership to the LPN desk nurses and MA support team including daily oversight, on-boarding of new employees, and department scheduling Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care team by communicating information, responding to requests, building rapport and participating in team problem solving methods Collaborates and successfully carries out, with the other nursing supervisors, recruitment, scheduling, training, development, coaching, performance appraisals, and, when necessary, progressive discipline of nursing staff to allow for a cohesive nursing team Develops, maintains and holds nursing department staff accountable to training protocols for all positions within the nursing department Maintains nursing job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results Intercedes to support patients in clinical issues and complaints as soon as able; assists in de-escalating, documenting, and supporting resolution Functions as a Licensed Practical Nurse in direct patient care You will be primarily based at our Mattina location, 300 Niagara St. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.
