Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment. Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. Clean food preparation and production areas as required. Assists others in closing the kitchen. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED - preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
