As a Part Time Dishwasher, you’ll be key in keeping food and beverage business flowing smoothly and efficiently. Our entire staff, from the front of the house to the back of the house, will rely on you to keep dishes and cookware sparkling clean to enhance our members' and guests’ dining experience. Responsibilities: Maintain sanitation of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with department standards. Ensures proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Removes from service areas, any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stocks delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment. Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. Clean food preparation and production areas as required. Assists others in closing the kitchen. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED - preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of, or ability to learn standard cleaning methods and equipment used. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills. Ability to identify issues and problem solve.
