Seeing a small amount of patients grow and succeed in their life.
EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE. This company is sick and twisted. They hide under the veil of a noble cause, which is treating a very sick population of people. But in doing so, the culture of the company exploits this population and works their employees to their breaking point. They give their employees .25 cent raises while they line their pockets.
Absolutely nothing. This company should be shut down or at the very least, HEAVILY audited. They are involved with several lawsuits involving staff as well as patients.
Nothing. The CEO is a narcissist and refuses to use critical thinking when it comes to major decisions being made.
Fire the CEO and every corporate drone working under him. They are toxic and have no idea how to effectively run this business.
By cancelling the interview.
Seeing addicted patients get better. You could see the difference in just a few weeks.
Difficulty with schedule changes when needed
