Provide timely updates on capture efforts to business development leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Contribute subject matter expertise in capture and proposal development to support new business opportunities. Develop tailored marketing and amenity plans for facilities as needed to enhance client engagement and brand visibility. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on prospective and existing clients, competitors, and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, and Instagram). Minimum job qualification: 3-5 years of professional experience in proposals, marketing, technical writing, or a related discipline. Strong organizational, leadership, and project management capabilities, complemented by proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution. Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies. Maintain a garage/lot sweep sheet. Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment such as weed eater, lawnmowers or other electrical tools to repair or construct items, as applicable. Shovel, plow or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager using shovels, snow blowers and other light duty equipment.
