A day in the life:
* Receive, inspect, store, locate and issue site material, and prepare required documentation and records
* Accept materials as shipments arrive to construction site
* Check freight bills and purchase orders against physical shipment for numbers, damage, etc. Initiate new packing lists if discrepancies occur
* Coordinate offloading of materials
* Photograph damages, document overages and/or shortages in material shipment discrepancies. Tag all material with appropriate Purchase Order, receiver, and/or tag numbers
* Place material in proper area according to storage and handling lists; initiate storage change and document new location when necessary
* Maintain site material organization and cleanliness, etc. - report problems to supervisor
* Issue material as directed, locate material, assist in material removal, and insure documentation is complete and accurate
* Locate and prepare material for outbound shipment. Notify supervisor when shipment is ready; coordinate loading
* Purchase for stock only the minimum preapproved items that are a daily requirement
* Keep up to date inventory of tools-number, condition, location-and schedule relocation of tools as jobs dictate
You should have:
* Working knowledge of material control procedures, techniques, systems, etc.
* Previous forklift operator experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent organization skills
* Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner

A day in the life:
* Supervise and coordinate work activities for Sheet Metal Mechanics and Helpers

What you will do:
* Develop and maintain short/long-term schedules for 10-15 Service Technicians and meet weekly with the Building Service Supervisor (BSS) and Building Service Manager (BSM) to discuss technician workload and scheduling.

What we are looking for:
* Ability to obtain AWS 6G certification through ColonialWebb
* Experience roll welding and with a position welder
* Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding methods
* Knowledge of properties in various welding rods and fluxes used in welding metal
* Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines
* Able to work with drawings, submittals, and specifications
* Knowledge of basic construction/shop math (addition, subtraction, division, fraction, and multiplication)
* Ability to work within precise limits and standards of accuracy
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including unscheduled overtime (nights and weekends).

A day in the life:
* You will provide engineering and business support onsite for commercial construction projects
* Provide technical engineering information to project managers and field management as required ensuring work performed onsite meets design and quality standards
* Manage, develop and submit RFI's, O&M manuals and other project documents
* Schedule equipment and material while coordinating with vendors
* Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
You should have:
* Construction project engineering, project management or internship experience working for a commercial mechanical or building construction contractor, is preferred not required
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Engineering Management (Other applicable engineering degrees may be acceptable)
* Possess sharp analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to deal diplomatically with internal and external customers at various levels within an organization (i.e. owners, GC',s, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, drafters, and field trades)
* High Mechanical aptitude and interest in building construction
