Performs clerical functions such as, but not limited to, billing and pharmacy inventory to promote an efficient medication distribution system. Performs monthly outdate checks of all stock in the Pharmacy and other medication storage areas. Qualifications Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Completion of Pharmacy Technician Vocational Technical program preferred. 1-3 months of related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Licensure & Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, as required by the Kansas Board of Pharmacy. Registration with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy required within 30 days of employment or other state board based off job assignment.
