The Continence Care Territory Manager is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, driving market share and sales growth. The Territory Manager will target key customers be selling and servicing Coloplast's portfolio of Continence Care products. Candidates also residing in Greater LA, Orange County, and Pheonix will be considered.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Business Acumen
* Effectively engage all targeted accounts as well as develop and execute a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives, including analyzing key sales and marketing data to determine the most leverageable opportunities in the territory
* For all targeted accounts, understands customer's environment, including who the clinical, financial and other key decision makers are, their key issues/concerns, including challenges and opportunities for Coloplast

Relationship Building:

Clinical Knowledge and Self Development:

Supporting a best-in-class portfolio of products, you will be responsible for the design and development of sales enablement outcome-based training for the Advanced Wound Care US Business Unit. * Serve as a critical member of the compliance team and support the development and implementation of the global compliance program to effectively mitigate compliance risks associated with the sale of diabetes products to HCP interactions and directly to patients.
* Manage element(s) of the compliance program, such as the policy, training and/or auditing and monitoring programs and support other elements of the compliance program, as needed.
* Manage the hotline and investigation program, including collaborating with legal, human resources and other cross-functional and local resources, as appropriate, to conduct investigations.
* Participate in the risk assessment process and the development of the compliance strategic workplan.
* Advise the business on matters involving HCP Interactions and manage HCP interactions compliance-related reviews and processes, including transparency reporting and escalate issues to compliance leadership, as needed.
* Develop actionable metrics and leverage insights to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities to elevate program effectiveness
* Project manage key compliance initiatives, tracking milestones, documentation, training, and reporting deliverables
* Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and simplifying processes while effectively managing risk
* Utilize technology, including artificial intelligence, to streamline compliance process and effectively manage risk.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
* Or, advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree
* 5 years of experience in senior compliance roles, ideally within a publicly traded medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical company.
* Deep knowledge of medical device regulatory environments (e.g., AKS, FCA, Transparency laws) and the DOJ and OIG compliance program guidance documents.
* Familiarity with Anti-Bribery, anti-corruption, anti- trust and competition laws.

Responsibilities may include the following :
Implement a robust test strategy to provide early and continuous feedback of product quality.
Develop test cases to cover requirements for new features and run them manually.
Write library functions and test scripts to automate the test cases in a scripting language.
Read, analyze, understand requirements and provide feedback.
Keep abreast of technical and industry trends related to software verification.
Provide leadership to Engineers across multiple sites, consisting of employees and contract personnel.
Participate and contribute to product code and design reviews.
Provide concise, timely, and accurate status reports of all verification activities.
Identify, analyze and solve technical problems with minimal support from others.
Follow standards defined by the Food and Drug Administration for the medical device industry.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of professional experience in software development and/or software test or Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of professional experience in software development and/or software test
To Be Successful in this Role
Experience in one or more of the following scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, etc.
Nice to Have
Experience in using GenAI to build test cases and test scripts.
Experience with testing an Embedded or Mobile Device.
Experience with creating test automation frameworks.
Experience with engineering documentation.
Experience with version control tools.
Experience with requirements management system and defect management applications.
Knowledge of technology trends and domain expertise.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$100,800.00 - $151,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
