About the role:

Role Description
As an Associate Designer with a primary focus on our Brighter Vision brand, you will play a crucial role in creating top-tier websites and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Leveraging your design expertise and customer service skills, you will collaborate with clients, contribute creative ideas, and uphold company standards. Foster critical relationships across departments and key accounts for seamless transitions and collaboration.
Collaborate with the Product Design Team to propose improvements and address client requests, distinguishing between valid and invalid feature requests and bugs.
Complete regularly scheduled design consultations with the client, effectively communicating limitations and possibilities to deliver the best results
Manage, maintain, and complete client edits submitted using our third-party editing tool daily.
Maintain projects housed in our third-party editing tool by removing projects that have been launched to ensure smooth and quick loading times.

About the Role:
Fetch is seeking an Associate Design Director, B2B to lead the creative vision and execution that define how our brand shows up to partners and advertisers.
