Job Summary:
This position is responsible for handling the shipping and receiving of inventory within the warehouse. ForkliftOperators consolidate equipment and products for outgoing shipments and inspect the quality of incoming materials. This role requires working in a team environment and demands strong organizational and communication skills to ensure that items are shipped on schedule. Associates must be able to operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing plant. While primarily assigned to the warehouse, they may also collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Photographing products and conducting quality inspections to ensure standards are met.
Consolidate equipment/products for shipping and load trucks
Store, issue, and organize equipment, materials, and other items from the warehouse
Operateforklifts to move crates and pallets
Operate radio scanners as part of warehouse management system
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience and Education:
High School or GED
1 - 3 months related experience and/or training
Position Requirements:
Knowledge of proper warehouse and inventory processes
Ability to use inventory technology, such as radio scanners
Ability to operate a forklift
Communicates well with others; asks for and offers help when needed

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a MACHINE OPERATOR, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality parts using simplified machines and ensuring each component meets precise specifications. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Loading and stocking parts into machines
- Visually inspecting each part for quality and defects
- Performing quality checks multiple times per shift (to micron-level tolerances = 1/1000 of a mm)
- Conducting machine checks and identifying potential faults
- Troubleshooting basic machine issues as they arise
- Following established non-conforming part procedures
- Executing machine changeovers and tool changes
- Performing machine master sets
- Using the client s manufacturing system to track part production and quality
- Providing clear and thorough end-of-shift pass down to the next shift s operators
SHIFT SCHEDULE:
Monday Friday, 5 days x 8 hours;Overtime as scheduled
- 1st Shift: 6: 30 am - 3: 00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 2: 30 pm - 11: 00 pm
- 3rd Shift: 10: 30 pm - 7: 00 am

Pick orders using the RF scan gun, selecting the oldest product first unless otherwise directed.
Ship and load pallets per sales orders onto designated trucks and accurately complete load sheets.
Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Complete all Master Sanitation Schedules.
Safely operate the transfer truck in compliance with ODOT rules and regulations.
Deliver raw and finished materials to the plant and Avon warehouse.
Review the daily production schedule, pull required raw materials, and stage them in Ranney.
Operateforklifts and hand jacks proficiently.
Obtain and maintain company certification for forklift and hand jack operation.
Maintain a valid state driver's license with no violations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

* Organize digital assets essential for in-game entertainment

**Job Requirements:**
+ No experience is necessary, we train all lift operators (including returnees)
+ Must be able to make quick decisions/use considerable judgment regarding safety as well as multitask and anticipate issues
+ Must be physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts; may lift up to 40 lbs
+ Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces.
+ Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
+ Must be able to handle high guest volumes in a professional manner
+ Must be willing to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of the assigned area, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends
