Key Responsibilities Include:
Operational Leadership
Manage all aspects of body shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, quality control, and repair timelines.
Oversee and coach body shop team members.
Monitor shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability, taking corrective action as needed.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and dealership standards.
Customer & Insurance Relations
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing accurate repair estimates, timely and consistent communication, and quality repair work.
Serve as the primary contact for insurance adjusters and warranty administrators.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Estimating & Repair Coordination
Oversee or assist with damage assessments, repair estimates, and work order preparation.
Approve parts orders and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
Coordinate with the service department for internal repairs and reconditioning.
Financial Management
Track and manage departmental KPIs, including revenue, gross profit, cycle time, and CSI scores.
Monitor expenses and labor costs, ensuring adherence to budget goals.
Approve vendor invoices and manage sublet repair relationships.
Performance Metrics Include:
On-time repair completion rates.
Customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.
Shop productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
Qualifications
Body Shop/Collision Shop experience required
Strong technical knowledge of fiberglass, gelcoat, aluminum, and paint repair processes.
At least three (3) years of experience in a service-related position is highly preferred.
Familiarity with insurance claim handling and warranty administration.
Customer Service Aptitude: ability to listen to customer complaints and questions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Job Summary:
The Service BDC Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answering inbound service calls from new and existing customers.
Scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and availability.
Identifying customer concerns and addressing them effectively.
Providing information on service specials and promotions.
Following up with customers to confirm appointments and remind them of upcoming services.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM system.
Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a Service BDC role or automotive service department
Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer focused with a friendly demeanor
Strong ability to work well with others in a team based environment
Hours
9 hour shift
Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm
Weekends as needed from 8am - 3pm

This role is ideal for individuals with janitorial or custodial experience who want to transfer their skills into a hands-on, rewarding role. As an RV Detail Technician, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of RVs and boats, with a strong focus on making the interiors feel as comfortable and spotless as a well-maintained home.
Key Responsibilities:
Exterior Cleaning: Wash, wax, and polish RVs and boats, ensuring all surfaces are free of dirt, grime, and contaminants. Restore shine and apply protective coatings.
Interior Detailing: Clean RV interiors much like you would a home. Tasks include vacuuming carpets and upholstery, wiping down and sanitizing surfaces, dusting, cleaning windows, scrubbing bathrooms, and ensuring the kitchen areas are spotless. Treat the RV interior as you would a residential space, ensuring every nook and cranny is attended to.
Surface Treatment: Apply protective treatments to various surfaces, ensuring they remain clean and durable for extended periods.
Manual Labor: Perform physical tasks such as scrubbing, lifting, and bending to ensure every area, both inside and out, is thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
Attention to Detail: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure every area meets our high standards of cleanliness. Address any areas that may need additional attention.
Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and clean detailing equipment and tools, ensuring they are always in top working condition.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our detailing services.
Travel for Shows: Travel to various RV and boat shows is required to ensure all vehicles are in top condition for display. All travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, will be fully reimbursed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or manual labor roles.
Experience with household cleaning, particularly in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, is highly beneficial.
Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for work and to work in various weather conditions and environments. ( RV & Boat Shows)
Valid driver's license is required.
Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screen.
