Ensure all technician documentation is completed accurately and promptly, including photos for warranties and parts availability. Input technician labor daily and track repairs to ensure that service is delivered on time. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the service process. Answer incoming customer calls and voicemails, actively listening to their needs and offering timely solutions. Greet service customers at the dealership, perform a thorough check-in of vehicles, and provide clear communication on expected timelines. Upsell additional services or products when appropriate, enhancing the customer experience. Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth vehicle pickup and explain repairs and associated costs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and rapport with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging return business. Ensure all service-related paperwork, tags, and recalls are prepared in advance of customer appointments. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager. Requirements: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least three (3) years of experience in a customer service or service-related role preferred. Prior experience in a sales or service-oriented environment is a plus. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Proven success in customer service with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Strong follow-up skills with an emphasis on returning customer calls promptly. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. General knowledge of RVs is helpful; technical knowledge is a plus. Friendly, dependable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn dealership systems. The qualified candidate must be a high energy, physical individual with experience working on triaxle truck bodies and semi-trailers in a fast paced, labor intensive environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fabricates steel and other metal parts as indicated by the work order and blueprints. Maneuver fabrication machines, such as grinders, drill presses, brakes, rolls, shears, and flame cutters to cut, grind, and adjust material. Sets up and operates gas welding machines to weld metal parts according to work orders, blueprint layouts and verbal instructions. Regulates flow of gases for proper mixture. Cleans parts to remove contamination prior to welding Set up and operates all phases of brazing applications using clamps, fixtures and torches working to specified tolerances. Selects proper flux Sets up and operates stick welding machines to repair, join or fabricate parts working with blueprints, sketches or verbal instructions. Read a tape measure, use hand tools and semi automatic manufacturing equipment. As an RV Detail Technician, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of RVs and boats, with a strong focus on making the interiors feel as comfortable and spotless as a well-maintained home. Key Responsibilities: Exterior Cleaning: Wash, wax, and polish RVs and boats, ensuring all surfaces are free of dirt, grime, and contaminants. Restore shine and apply protective coatings. Interior Detailing: Clean RV interiors much like you would a home. Tasks include vacuuming carpets and upholstery, wiping down and sanitizing surfaces, dusting, cleaning windows, scrubbing bathrooms, and ensuring the kitchen areas are spotless. Treat the RV interior as you would a residential space, ensuring every nook and cranny is attended to. Surface Treatment: Apply protective treatments to various surfaces, ensuring they remain clean and durable for extended periods.
