Kimberly is known for her repeated success in growing and renovating HR teams into organizational change catalysts. She has built and restructured many teams for technology companies and has successfully integrated numerous acquisitions while hiring and developing talent for long-term success. Her focus as a business expert combined with innovative HR techniques have solidified her reputation as a trusted organizational leader.

Kimberly’s experience as the HR leader at RealPage, where she participated in transitioning the company from a private employer with fewer than 200 employees to a global public company with more than 2,000 employees in 6.5 years, gave her substantial experience in strategic leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and rapid organic growth. These experiences, along with her roles leading HR at Stonebridge Technologies and consulting for other high tech and Fortune 500 companies, developed her passion for working in high-growth organizations.

Kimberly earned her B.A. degree in History Pre-Law from Oklahoma Christian University. Outside of her time at CAG, Kimberly fosters pets and volunteers in other capacities for Take Me Home Pet Rescue of Richardson while taking care of her beloved dog and cats. A Dallas resident, she enjoys the local dining scene and traveling to see the Oklahoma Sooners on the gridiron and hardwood.

Stephen Erwin is a Sr. Vice President and CTO at Columbia Advisory Group and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as Network Manager at National Spirit Group, Senior PC/LAN Analyst at Candle Corporation, and Infrastructure Support Specialist at United Dental Care. Stephen attended Stephen F. Austin State University between 1981 and 1986 and Kilgore College between 1985 and 1986.

John Fougere is a Senior Vice President & CFO at Columbia Advisory Group.
