The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team and SOPs. These responsibilities include post-harvest tasks including the drying and curing stage all the way through trimming, packaging, and labeling the product. This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity and acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment. The Manager, Retail Operations (Assistant GM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager in interfacing, consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Manager, Retail Operations oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the Area General Manager. This position is located in our Medicine Man dispensary located in Thornton, CO. Major Areas of Responsibility include: * The Manager, Retail Operations ensures compliance with all Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the General Manager and as directed. * Provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions. * Manages patient-specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, and maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility's inventory tracking software program. * As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts. * The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility's privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, and overall compliance with HIPAA. * This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, the dispensary management team, and the General Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, the Commissioner of Health, and the local community. * Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established safety procedures. * Establishes methods to follow the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but not limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling. * Manages and implements policies and procedures for any retesting of returned approved medical marijuana products, storage and disposal and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events, and product recall. * This position is responsible for assisting with implementing and maintaining security systems for tracking, record-keeping, record retention, and surveillance related to all product at every stage of storage, delivery, transporting, and distribution. * Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance. * Implements HR policies and programs in support of company initiatives. The Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care in all stages oflife-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest. The Technician journals, monitors and tracks all observations in the company's software tracking system. The Logistics Associate is primarily responsible for protecting company assets by maintaining vault security and ensuring the accuracy of inventory kept in the vault by managing the physical and virtual movement of items. The Logistics Associate performs shipping and receiving, including counting physical inventory and comparing counts with Metrc and NAV, and verifying invoice accuracy for every shipment of both regulated products and unregulated products. The Logistic Associate is responsible for physically securing products prior to transport and performing loss prevention activities by monitoring access to the vault and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Logistic Associate is a member of the S-type Logistics staff. Reports to: Facilities Manager/Manager, Inventory Management The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the inventory count of all products throughout the facility. The Inventory Coordinator coordinates activities related to stocking and replenishing products, creating all tags/paperwork for all product, by performing the duties outlined below. Major Areas of Responsibility include: * Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production throughout the facility. * Labeling and tagging inventory with attention to state regulations. * Create individual box tags as required - various specifications based on item. * Process and monitor wholesale products and transactions. * Ensure inventory records are always accurate. * Perform cycle counts daily or weekly as needed. * Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records. * Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.
