Qualifications
Must have current AZ Food Handler's Card
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience at a luxury property or private country club
Grill and Sauté experience is a plus
Schedule
Our lunch hours are 11am - 3pm
Our dinner hours are 5pm - 9pm
Open availability is a plus (AM, PM, Weekday, Weekend, Holidays except Christmas)
Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability is a must

How you will enjoy your day:
Plan, prep and set up quality products in respective areas of the Pastry/Bake Shop in accordance with departmental quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and equipment. The baker performs advanced baking work and responsible for their assigned station. Work requires initiative, judgment, and strong interpersonal skills.
Work Performed:
Plan, prepare and display quality products in assigned station of the Pastry/Bake Shop in a timely and consistent manner.
To include (but not limited to): Breakfast pastries, bread production, ice creams, sorbets, frozen desserts, outlet desserts.
Preparation and service of dietary restrictions requests from the Bake Shop.
Maintain a work area that is neat, safe and clean by utilizing proper handling and storage procedures of bakery mise en place.
Responsible to ensure goal and objectives of the bake shop and culinary department are met on a daily basis.
Monitor respective area of practice to ensure that standards and regulations are followed.
Check desserts preparation for assigned station before it is delivered to the customer to ensure proper preparation and respect of the recipe.
Assist in banquet preparation and pickups when requested by Supervisor/Manager.
Produce the finest quality product on a consistent basis.
Know all menu items from respective areas and its ingredients.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
Some culinary school courses specifically in pastry. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task many priorities. Self motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable. Must be comfortable communicating with staff with Basic English. Must maintain current food handler's certification.

The Deli Cook position is responsible for preparing all types of food items in the deli outlet of the property.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for providing high quality, fresh hot and cold food items using standardized recipes and methods of preparation.
Maintains a neat and orderly food preparation environment by cleaning in a timely manner immediately following preparation. Sample food prepared to ensure highest quality levels at all times.
Maintains knowledge of food costs and performs job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes waste and improves financial performance.
Organizes and maintains refrigerated and dry storage areas.
Must be familiar with common culinary terms and methods regarding broiling, braising, roasting, poaching, sauce preparation, and meat carving among other methods.
Prepares individual food items on a consistent basis with little or no variation in terms of appearance and taste as it relates to single food items.
Maintains ability and willingness to prepare all or nearly all food items sold by the enterprise according to recipe.
Maintains responsibility for kitchen safety and sanitation, as well as care of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
Professional training through a culinary education or working in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant/catering facility, full service casual dining preferred.
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.
C.R.I.T Community Environmental Health Food Handlers Card and any other required compliance trainings
All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the CRIT Tribal Gaming Agency prior to beginning work and are required to have license renewed annually.
