Mr. Horton joined Boardwalk in May 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and he is also a director of Boardwalk GP, LLC. With more than 35 years experience in the natural gas and energy industry, Mr. Horton has extensive industry knowledge. His professional background includes not only leading natural gas pipelines, but also serving as CEO or COO with companies engaged in natural gas gathering and processing, crude oil and liquids storage and transportation, and LNG. Mr. Horton has also served on the boards of several industry associations and has chaired the Gas Industry Standards Board, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the Natural Gas Council.

Lee M. Tillman is president and chief executive officer of Marathon Oil Corporation and a member of the Marathon Oil Corporation Board of Directors. He joined the Company in August 2013. Immediately prior to this, Mr. Tillman served as vice president of Engineering for ExxonMobil Development Company where he was responsible for all global engineering staff engaged in major project concept selection, and front end engineering and design. He began his career in the oil and gas industry at Exxon in 1989 as a research engineer. He has extensive operations management and leadership experience that has included assignments in Jakarta, Indonesia; Aberdeen, Scotland; Stavanger, Norway; Malabo, Equatorial Guinea; Dallas and New Orleans. Mr. Tillman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering with honors from Texas A&M University and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Auburn University. He is a board member of the American Petroleum Institute (API), American Exploration & Production Council (AXPC), a member of the University of Houston Energy Advisory Board and the Chemical and Engineering Advisory Councils of Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. James N. Blue serves as Chief Executive Officer of Oceanic Exploration Co. and has been its officer since 1981. Mr. Blue serves as Chief Executive Officer of General Atomics Corp. (alternate name: General Atomic Technologies Corporation). Mr. Blue served as Chief Executive Officer of General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Cordillera Corporation for in excess of the last five years. He serves as President of GA-ASI's Reconnaissance Systems Group. He serves as President and Director of NWO Resources Inc. He serves as Chairman of the Board of General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., Oceanic Exploration Co. and General Atomics Inc. Mr. Blue serves as a Director of Oceanic Exploration Co. since 1981.

Mr. Semple is vice chairman and a member of the board of directors of MPLX GP LLC. He is also on the board of directors of Marathon Petroleum Corporation.
