The Regional Recruiter serves as the primary contact for all recruitment needs within our senior living communities in an assigned geographic region. This is a hybrid position allowing for flexibility to work out of a home office & on-site at the communities within the assigned region, and reports to the National Director of Recruitment. Primary duties are to manage all recruitment functions to fulfill clinical needs, while offering secondary recruitment support for any non-clinical needs.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Missoula, MT, with flexibility to travel weekly to the communities within their 3 locations in Missoula, & bi-monthly to their location in Billings. This individual will have at least 2 years of recent clinical recruitment experience (RN, LPN, Medication Aides, Respiratory Therapists, Caregivers, CNAs), a consistent drive to identify & engage with potential talent, and excellent time management skills. Establish and maintain complete and accurate records of SSVF participants and their progress toward goals and objectives
Develop a trusting and helping relationship with homeless veterans without bias regarding their history or circumstance that brought them into the program
Help SSVF enrolled Veterans connect with the available public and private service resources and follow up on referrals to encourage participant progress toward stabilization
Coordinating with VA Employment programs and/or other programs for wrap around support
Conduct employability assessments of potential participants, including aptitude, readiness for work, physical capabilities, or other employment considerations
Assist Veterans with creating resumes, creating an employment search plan, job training support and/or job interview preparation.
Provide regular feedback on enrolled participants' progress, and make recommendations for discontinuing or extending services
Assist with the development and maintenance of a resource base of employers committed to giving priority hiring attention to Veterans

Verify accuracy and consistency of data across case management systems and reporting platforms.

* Research and shop the competition a minimum of one time per quarter to ensure that rental rates, concessions, security deposits etc. align with market conditions.
* Collect, post, and deposit rents/security deposits and other community income daily.
* Lead the maintenance and management of budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Micros tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, server's tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.
Run audit reports/journals.
Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout their shift.
Input onto the PC revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities asked by the Controller and the Assistant Controller based upon department needs.
Ensure all reports and back-up vouchers are complete and filed properly.
Ensure all necessary copies of documents/back-up and reports of daily work are distributed to the proper person (i.e. A/R, A/P, and Payroll).
Review and correct discrepancies in the Front Desk System.
Coordinate with the front desk and restaurants/bars closing to facilitate a smooth operation of file maintenance and reset of system totals for next day operations.
Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Code electronic keys, certificates, and coupons as appropriate. Requires continual standing and movement throughout front office areas.
Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods. Handle cash; make change and balance as assigned house bank. Accept and record vouchers, travelers' checks, and other forms of payment. Perform accurate, moderately complex arithmetic functions using a calculator. Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using the computer.
Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear English communication. Input messages into the computer. Retrieve messages and communicate the content to the guest. Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for customers as requested.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Follows safety and security procedures and rules.
Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures.
Utilizes protective equipment.

As a House Director (HD) with AOII, you will be a vital member of the AOII Properties team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility, including personnel management (when applicable) and coordination of on-site vendors and service providers.
