Pros of working at Columbia Memorial

I like that Columbia Memorial Hospital is close to my current address. I am willing to travel or relocate

Cons of working at Columbia Memorial

I don't like the push to keep the doors open regardless of staffing. Errors are going to happen if there is not staff to handle the volume. Issues of complaints will increase due to understaff positions
