The other hard-working staff that do not view it as a job, but as their way to give back to community by assisting someone gaining their independence and sobriety!

Medical benefits were great, and people I worked with were fabulous, at least a handful of them were.

Hire all new management, people who actually listen and care about their staff's mental health as well. We are not numbers we are human beings that deserve to be treated better and not taken advantage of.
I told the truth in my answers and didn't make up a bunch of stuff that was irrelevant to questions that were asked.

There isn't much diversity at all, it's more selective diversity.
