Pros of working at Columbia Steel Casting Co., Inc.

The work environment from all the employees of the workplace. We were all on top of our assignments and would help each other from our cubicles. Not only was my boss cool to work with but he helped and ran the company like no other management I've worked for in the past.

Cons of working at Columbia Steel Casting Co., Inc.

I don't have anything negative to say about that job besides having a 30 minute lunch and every food place was always 10 minutes away and would have to hurry back to my job.
