· During the discharge of the client, the RS assists with discharges to ensure the client will be transferred to the next of care. This includes inventory, discharge instructions, and/or applicable information for the client to be successful.
· The RS may, at times, prepare/serve meals and supervise cleanup/sanitation of the dining/kitchen as directed. This includes supervision of chemicals and/or food safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The Activities Director is responsible for directing the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program designed to meet the social, psychosocial and therapeutic needs of the resident. This includes the completion and/or directing/delegating the completion of the activities component of the comprehensive assessment; and contributing to and/or directing/delegating the contribution to the comprehensive care plan goals and approaches that are individualized to match the skills, abilities, and interests/preferences of each resident in compliance with Federal and State regulations.

The Director ensures that scheduled program activities are carried out seven days per week. The Director will ensure each resident is offered at least one (1) cognitive activity, two (2) recreational activities and three (3) ADL activities daily. Activities are to be tailored to the resident's unique requirements and skills. At least one individual activity is planned for residents who are unable or unwilling to participate in group activities daily. Oversees the transportation of residents to social activities programs inside and outside the facility.
The Activities Director is responsible for the assurance of resident safety during activities and items that are safety hazards are strictly controlled. Harmful items will be monitored closely during resident use and put away immediately after each use. Activity cabinets and closets are locked at all times when not in immediate use.
The Activities Director is responsible for overseeing the establishment of a Resident Council and responsible for its smooth operation and documentation such as meeting minutes and concerns expressed during the Council meetings.

Have a complete set of tools appropriate for Industrial pipe fitting/welding
Ability to stoop, bend, manipulate tools in small spaces
Perform work at heights
Ability to frequently lift and/or move varied objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Perform and pass pipe coupon weld test
Preferred experience
At least 4 years Pipe welding preferably in an industrial setting.

Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces

Job Description:
This is an electrical position that is highly involved in the controls that keep our farms safe.
Responsible for working with our key software that allows individuals to know that the health of our pigs and their environment are in good working order.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
Installing, trouble shooting and repairing of controls system (Dicam, Airstream, ChoreTime) and other electrical components.
Install, troubleshoot and repair Hawk alarm systems
Install, troubleshoot and repair BinTrac feed inventory system
Perform electrical preventative electrical maintenance at farm sites to insure continued equipment operation without emergency breakdowns or failures
Trouble shoot and repair electrical and controls on all swine facility systems
Run conduit, pull wires and terminate circuitry for facility remodeling or addition of equipment
Repair or replace utility disconnects, transfer switches and distribution panels.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs to propane heating systems.
Perform general troubleshooting and repair to electrical generators.
Help with general electrical work and other technicians as needed.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical components including breakers, relays, switches, and control devices.
Ability to safely operate power tools, including saws, drills, etc
Must have the drive and willingness to learn technical items related to the electrical field.
Efficiently be able to organize, prioritize, and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Ablility to work well in urgent situations and find solutions.
Comply with all bio-security, safety, and animal welfare policies.
