Responsible to function as the surgical technician in the surgical suite and other clinical areas. JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Proficiently and safely operate production machine centers and equipment including but not limited to front-end loader, backhoes, excavators, graders, dozers, and production machine centers
· Performs mandatory visual inspection of the equipment before use, looking for signs of obvious structural damage, oil leaks around and under machine and low tire pressure
· Relieve Crane Operators as needed
· Cross train on multiple machine centers, rolling stock, and other departments
· Check all fluid levels before operating equipment
· Responsible for cleaning equipment after each use and perform basic scheduled maintenance
· Keep daily maintenance service records
· Perform various tasks assigned by the supervisor, involving keeping area around mill clean of debris and roadways traveled by other equipment clear

Purpose of Job:
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by managing patient care at assigned medical clinic by performing the duties listed below. This position is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides quality patient care in our patient centered medical home model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:.
Greets variety of patients and escorts to exam room; informs patient of time delays throughout visit.
Collect blood samples from patients
Practice proper patient identification
Label vials with patient names and dates
Decipher the best method for drawing blood depending on the specific patient
Transport all specimen samples to a nearby laboratory
Expect to work with a large number of patients varying in age and health status
Be friendly, courteous and sympathetic when it comes to working with patients
Keep your phlebotomy cart or station well-organized at all times
Practice infection control standards at all times when working with patients and equipment
Works within scope of practice, as determined by Washington State Department of Health, at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Travel may be required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Phlebotomy certification required. Previous experience in a community health clinic preferred. Experience with EHR preferred.
Skills: Excellent customer service, oral and written communications skills required. Compassion for patients required. Must be able to work well in team environment. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment, with ability to anticipate future needs. Basic computer user skills required. Medical terminology and accurate spelling ability required. CPR/AED certified for a Health Care Provider.
Physical Demands:
Phlebotomists are required to stand, sit, and be mobile 1/3rd to 2/3rds of the time. They are required to use hands to finger, handle or feel over 2/3rds of the time, as well as reach with hands and arms. Climbing or balancing occurs less than 1/3rd of the time; while stooping, kneeling or crouching occurs between 1/3rd and 2/3rds of the day. Communicating by talking/ hearing occurs over 2/3rds of the day. Amount of time spent lifting or exerting force is about 50% for up to 10lbs and less than 1/3rd of the time up to 25lbs. Rarely is there a need to lift more than 26lbs.

Scope:
Assists in facilitating the implementation of the Wood Products reliability vision at a manufacturing site within the Wood Products Division. Moderately complex work assignments and may have a wide variety of duties. Under limited supervision exercises independent judgment based on facts and precedents impacting immediate scope of work.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
Lead onsite growth of reliability concepts and will utilize the Boise Improvement Cycle (BIC).
Interface with external consultants and contractors engaged in reliability initiatives, track and report performance against desired results, and communicate with site, region, and division leadership as required.
Implement equipment standards, processes (including operating), and work practices in areas such as contamination, alignment, looseness, lubrication, and others from the Best-in-Class Pyramid.
Establish, track, and sustain reliability training activities.
Evaluate technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers; to include acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
Participate in all new equipment design to verify coordination with site reliability standards.
Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
Facilitate failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), RCA/CFA on failures and solution implementation, equipment criticality ranking for the site, building of BOM's on equipment, PM/job plan optimization, center-lining of equipment, and CMMS data integrity among other items.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
College degree in engineering, reliability, or equivalent professional experience in a related job function. Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience in related job function. Comprehension of mechanical, electrical, and reliability systems in a manufacturing environment. Understand and be able to lead cultural change efforts. Understand industrial costs and controls. Up to 75% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in related job function. Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) such as Maximo. Specific knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance and associated tools. Understanding of TO calculations and BIC metrics a plus.

Facilities Engineer - PSJHC PLANT OPERATIONS at St Josephs Hospital-Chewelah Schedule: Variable Shift, Per Diem/On Call (works on either 7am-3:30p or 11am - 7:30pm depending on which is left open) The Maintenance Engineer Building Operations performs a variety of duties in an around the buildings of the hospital complex including the repair and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment. Operates and maintains stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, generators, and steam boilers to provide for utilities such as light, heat, and power for refrigeration, air conditioning, and other services for the hospital.
