Responsibilities

OBXtek is staffing positions which are contingent upon award for Instructor Combat Systems Officers/ CFI for the U-28 for the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) 492 Special Operation Wing (SOW) and operational units. AFSOC requires on-site contract instructor support for the 492 SOW training operations.

Instructors will provide instruction, in accordance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and Air Force Instructions (AFI) to meet United States Air Force (USAF) proficiency and qualification standards on Air Force administered written examinations and flight evaluations for preparatory courses, initial qualification (basic, instrument, mission), transition (conversion, requalification), upgrade qualification (instructor, aircraft commander, special mission, evaluator, dual qualification of sensor operators), and key staff, continuation, refresher course, etc. training as required to meet the on-time graduation and annual student throughout requirements of this contract. Other requirements include:

  • Provide instruction to meet USAF proficiency and qualification standards on Air Force-administered written examinations and flight evaluations for preparatory courses, initial qualification (basic, instrument, mission), transition (conversion, requalification), upgrade qualification (instructor, aircraft commander, special mission, evaluator, dual qualification of sensor operators), and key staff, continuation, refresher course, etc. training as required to meet the On-Time Graduation and annual student throughput requirements of this contract.
  • Ensure syllabus tasks are 100% complete within the time specified for the lesson.
  • Provide Scenario Development (simulator and flight) as required to meet the requirements of this contract.
  • Ensure completion of Aircrew Graduate Evaluation Program (AGEP) in accordance with (IAW) AFIs and training syllabi.
  • Support instruction of the AFSOC Instrument Refresher Course (IRC) with qualified IRC instructors.
  • Support instruction of the Crew Resource Management Course (CRM).
Qualifications

Requires a valid Top Secret Clearance.

  • Minimum of five (5) years AFSOC aircrew experience required.
  • Requirements for contractor instructors who will conduct inflight instruction must have 500 hours in the position they are qualifying in of which 100 hours must be in the same aircraft category.
  • Aircraft platform and simulator instructor requirements also apply.
  • Class II Flight Physical

Job Purpose/Role

It is the ambition of Allianz Technology SE to ensure theseamless roll-out of BMP/ITMP, run and change, applicationmaintenance as well as continued progress ondecommissioning once the applications and teams have beentransferred in the context of Gearshift. The GSI (GlobalSystem Integration) function is in charge of all rollouts and isalso responsible for the smooth running of the local/countrylayers, as well as OE-specific solution ensures a harmonizedset of tools, methodologies, and cross project qualityassurance and an industrial roll-out of all target systems.The Protection & Resilience team within the TransformationSteering & Methodology department of GSI is in charge ofdifferent governance and safeguarding functions: RiskManagement, Compliance including Data Privacy, InformationSecurity and Protection & Resilience. Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

* Higher education (Bachelor and/or Master) degree in IT or comparabletechnical education.
* Relevant work experience (4-8 years) in different Protection & Resiliencedomains. Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms Microsoft Azure and AWS isa plus.
* Good knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like:COBIT 2019, BSI (GER), ISO27xxx, Disaster Recovery reports.Certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, CBCM, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 is aplus. Tool expertise such as RSA Archer, Microsoft365, ServiceNow is anadvantage.
* Proven track record within the financial (regulated) industry, an agilemindset and customer & service orientation. Experienced in ProjectManagement, Agile methodology and scrum framework.
* Result-driven, winning and convincing personality with strong customerfocus and a team player mentality.
* Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
* Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact andto cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
