SUMMARY: The Construction Supervisor - Superintendent is responsible for the smooth functioning of day to day field operations to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Accountable for supervising the activities of crews during construction operation. The Construction Supervisor - Superintendent should be an experienced tower climber as they will be expected to climb towers frequently for quality inspections and training of the crew(s) being supervised. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 5 years relevant Wireless and Telecommunications industry experience. • Ideal candidate would have verifiable prior Tower Foreman experience with ability to manage up to 5 tower crews simultaneously. • Experience dealing with wireless customer close-out packages (SCOPs or COPs). • Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). • Valid driver's license with clean driving history. • Ability to read/understand plan drawings. • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • The ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. • Strong analytic ability and acute attention to detail. • Strong decision making ability. • Commitment to excellence and high standards. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and ability to manage priorities and workflow. • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
