Documentation & Governance Create and maintain SOPs, EOPs, and best practices for environmental systems. Contribute to CI Standards Review processes and strategic BMS platform selection. Skills & Experience We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; or equivalent experience in data center environmental systems. 7-10+ years of experience in mechanical systems and BMS within critical infrastructure or data center environments. Deep expertise in BMS/SCADA systems, HVAC technologies, and high-density cooling solutions. Strong understanding of ASHRAE TC 9.9, airflow management, and thermal performance metrics. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, control schematics, and performance data. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CDCP, DCEP, LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent. Experience with DCIM platforms, remote telemetry, and performance dashboards.
