+ Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing system logic as necessary across CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Orion, LinkedIn Navigator, and other sales applications.
+ Prepares detailed functional and technical specifications from which programs will be written, including documentation to support sales process improvements and system enhancements.
+ Conducts studies pertaining to the development and performance of new and existing information systems to meet current and projected business needs, including evaluating software adoption, usage trends, and revenue impact.
+ Supports in the preparation of project-phase plans, implementation schedules, and cost-benefit estimates for sales technology and vendor-supported tools.
+ Supports in the monitoring of implementation progress for compliance with budget, time constraints, and vendor contract terms.
+ Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations and reporting outputs, including dashboards and visuals built in Excel, PowerPoint, pivot tables, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
+ Functions as a liaison between the client, community, internal IT, IT Security, and external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing or business problems.
+ Coordinates procedural security reviews for new and existing applications, ensuring each tool meets required checks and balances before deployment and renewal.
+ Supports vendor management processes, including tracking software applications used by sales teams, managing license counts, and reviewing usage for ROI and renewal recommendations.
+ Manages invoice workflows for software applications in platforms such as Fusion, partnering with Procurement and Accounting to ensure accurate review and payment.
+ Gathers business requirements from sales teams and translates them into clearly documented technical requirements and process documentation for internal partners.
