THE FOUNDING YEARS ComDoc was originally founded in Akron, Ohio by Walter G. Griffith on October 15th, 1955.
Since 1955, ComDoc, A Xerox Company has been a leader in providing cutting edge technology paired with world-class service and support.
By 1957 the company outgrew its original 1,200 square foot location, opening offices in Canton and Youngstown, Ohio.

Established in 1994, Global Imaging Systems (GISx) is a company that is “passionate about customer productivity.” Over 100 companies across the country help Global Imaging Systems deliver this mission.
