You will have the opportunity to complete projects that will help you understand the day-to-day operations of a bank and develop a well-rounded skillset. By the end of the program, you will have gained valuable insights, built a solid foundation in banking practices, and potentially set the stage for future career opportunities at First Horizon. Work schedule and number of hours worked per week (minimum: 15 - 25 hours) are flexible, within normal business hours.
