    Job DescriptionAbout the Role ComForCare Home Care Las Vegas is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler / Lead Caregiver to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone whos organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment but isnt afraid to jump into the field when needed. Youll be coordinating caregiver schedules, assisting with office operations, and covering client shifts to ensure every client receives the care they deserve. What Youll Do Scheduling & Office Support Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage. Respond quickly to callouts and open shifts. Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and families. Conduct onboarding tasks including drug tests, paperwork, and administrative support. Assist the recruiter with scheduling interviews and maintaining caregiver files. Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) for coordination. Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Caregiving Support Provide high-quality care for clients when covering shifts. Assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and mobility support. Ensure client safety, dignity, and comfort at all times. High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of caregiving experience (home care or senior living preferred). Prior scheduling or administrative experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Must pass background check and drug screening. Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs occasionally.
