Essential Functions:
Personal Care
Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting.
Companion/Sitter/Household Management
Provide companionship and respite services for family
Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients
Client is a woman in her 80s and the family needs immediate assistance for 2 hours daily.
Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
Must be:

Qualifications for a Home Care Director:
Four year college degree required
