Primary purpose of this position:
Perform installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC Building Automation and controls systems.
Specific Job Duties:
* Possess extensive knowledge and experience with programming, troubleshooting, and repairing building automation and control systems
* Possesses previous experience working with Honeywell WEBS, LON, BACnet, Tridium, JCI Facility Explorer control systems
* Possess extensive knowledge and experience with programming, troubleshooting, and repairing building automation and control systems
* Possess analytical and problem-solving skills for resolution of engineering problems and understanding of technical data
* Ability to install Building Automation Systems from drawings, submittals and specifications
* Possess excellent communication and customer services skills
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision
* Knowledge of HVAC Mechanical equipment: Large Split systems, Chillers, Boilers, VAV's, Water Source Heat Pumps, CW/HW pumps and starters, etc.
* Maintains, inspects, and repairs pneumatic and electronic, electric DDC HVAC system controls.
* Performs troubleshooting tasks, including problem diagnosis, identification and isolation. Discusses system malfunctions with users to assist in isolation of problem. Determines appropriate action for problem resolution.
* Uses TAB techniques to perform diagnostic duties and make repairs to systems.
* Inspects systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect malfunctions in system component parts.
* Studies building system design, as-built blueprints, HVAC systems diagrams, technical specifications and system configurations. Tests component and system performance to determine the need for adjustment or repair, develop methods to resolve performance problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
* Programs, designs and modifies HVAC sub-systems of electronic building automation systems.
* Consults with engineers and contractors as necessary regarding system operation and configuration.
* Orders appropriate materials, components, and equipment necessary for efficient system operation.
* Performs other related work as required in support of general HVAC maintenance activity.
Other Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum 4 years of experience in the trade, which may include an apprenticeship and/or applicable vocational training, should include some experience in HVAC trade as a service or maintenance technician.
* Minimum 2 years automated system controls-related experience or equivalent formal training in automated systems controls operations
* Knowledge of the test and diagnostic equipment and instruments and hand and power tools used in this work
* Ability to read and analyze building blueprints and HVAC systems diagrams and specifications
* Tridium Niagara N4 certification a plus

Essential Functions
Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of the project
Determine and coordinate all necessary project resources
Make decisions on project(s)
Function as the liaison between the field and the client(s) to facilitate effective construction activities
Prepare and track job quotes and bid packages
Coordinate with Engineering Department on Design-Build work and obtain Plan Check Approval
Review contracts, trade specific work, and insurance documents (OCIP/ CCIP/ PLA)
Identify, create, and negotiate all change orders in a timely manner
Maintain all progress tracking logs and manage releases of lighting gear and controls
Direct, train, and mentor a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager, as applicable
Collaborate with field supervision and internal support resources to ensure the project stays on schedule and maximizes profitability
Coordinate, attend, and/or lead all project related meetings, i.e., Team Meetings, CSI Job Strategy Process Meetings and Customer/Client Meetings, etc.
Prepare for and attend monthly Project Reviews with upper management
Review Job Reports and create monthly cost and billing projections
Oversee Billing Processes and actively work to maintain a healthy cash flow position
Prepare weekly Friday Letters for clients, providing project status updates
Monitor and approve all job-related cost expenditures
Manage and track subcontractors
Maintain an active role in project safety in conjunction with CSI's safety team
Complete project closeout process

Insituform's technologies allow its customers to avoid the extraordinary expense and extreme disruption that can result from traditional "dig and replace" methods.
Position Summary:
The 2nd shift Production Supervisor, reporting to the Plant Manager, is responsible for supervising the employees in the production area on the shift assigned in our climate-controlled facility. Position may also help oversee other departments (Felting, Coating, Shipping, and Warehousing activities) on shift. This position is responsible for ensuring that quality requirements are met while working in a safe manner compliant with Company policies and guidelines under our ISO and VPP certifications.
Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Supervising the 2nd shift manufacturing production area with approximately 60 employees.
Ensure the safety of all employees and that all employees are following all safety practices implemented under our company Safe Start Principals and SPEAR Initiative programs. This includes conducting daily safety training, adhering to safety standards regarding personal protective equipment which will include, but not limited to, wearing safety footwear, safety glasses, gloves, Tyvek suits, eye/face shields, and a full-face respirator (must pass a pulmonary function test, i.e. - respirator physical), as required.
Ensure that quality requirements are met while working in a safe manner and compliant with company employment guidelines. Conduct training and verify compliance of quality processes and procedures.
Prioritizing workflow to maximize efficiency and meet production goals.
Complete all required paperwork and reports, including recording material usage, production hours/labor, waste calculations, inventory management, etc.
Responsible for hourly performance reviews, disciplinary actions, interviewing perspective employees, and production staffing/scheduling.
Assist with overall development and training needs for the personnel to improve skill level, involvement, value, and morale.
Participate in all manufacturing processes along with our company specific safety initiatives.
Provide input and recommendations for changes in work procedures and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Ensure proper equipment and materials are in place and maintain good housekeeping of work areas, using 5S methodology.
Must be able to work with other departments to ensure productivity requirements are achieved.
Operate within budget while minimizing cost and meeting quality requirements based on company standards.

Qualifications:

Your Responsibilities:
Software development: Act as a GMS (Generation Management System) software developer to design and develop software solutions for GMS applications, contributing to the enhancement of system functionality, performance, and integration capabilities.
Project Delivery and Implementation: Implement Hitachi Energy Network Manager GMS and actively participate in project delivery.

Customer Training: Deliver training to customers on GMS system operations, configuration and administration.
