Benefits and pay are good. The company keeps the employees working, rarely any slow times.

Cons of working at Comfort Systems USA SE

Senior management needs to modernize. The president is very set in her ways and has been with the company for 30+ years. She does not look at the human aspect of the employees, only the profitability. There is not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
