Psychiatric Chief Medical Director Description:
The Psychiatric Medical Director is responsible for the delivery of high-quality medical care across the agency's programs, ensuring that patients and consumers receive the highest standard of medical care while maintaining collaboration with other agencies and regulators as needed to ensure continuity of care. The role incorporates both administrative (50%) and clinical (50%) responsibilities. On the administrative side, the Psychiatric Medical Director will oversee the work of all Psychiatrists, CRNPs, Nurses and other medical staff; including but not limited to care delivery, recruiting, training, policies and protocols. Additionally, the Psychiatric Chief Medical Director will be supported by an Associate Medical Director to assist in the administrative duties. On the clinical side, the Psychiatric Chief Medical Director is expected to maintain a critical mass of patients under direct care. MDE Evaluator Position Summary
The MDE Evaluator reports directly to the MDE Coordinator, or MDE Supervisor in the absence of the MDE Coordinator. The MDE Evaluator provides evaluation for infants and toddlers using the appropriate individualized assessment activities to establish the infant/toddler's eligibility for Early Intervention Services and address the concerns of the family about their child's development. MDE Evaluator Duties and Responsibilities
Directly supports children and their families in a variety of settings according to the assigned program including travel as warranted.
Gathers and completes the Infant-Toddler Developmental Assessment (IDA) in the child's natural environment, so that an evaluation report can be completed. Discusses findings and recommendations with the team in a clear and understandable manner.
The evaluation will participate in the development of the Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP). Educates team members, co-workers, and community members about the individualized plan by providing information and positive support while maintaining standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
Coordinates the assessment process to determine the chosen outcomes, needs, preferences and capabilities of children by gathering information and informing their families about what to expect throughout the assessment process.
Assists in identifying, securing, and using needed equipment and therapies. Implements each child's individualized plan to achieve specific outcomes, derived from child's assessment information, needs, interests and team input.
Should have a working understanding of Developmental Assessment of Young Children 2nd edition (DAYC-2).
Utilizes a variety of equipment, activities and opportunities appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of each child to adequately assess their cognitive, physical, communication, adaptive and social development.
Completes required training education/certification in accordance with COMHAR, external partners and funding sources, continues professional development and seeks knowledge of relevant resources and information.

PURPOSE:
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Lead Resident Advisor guides, assists and instructs residents in activities for independent functioning. This role will be cross trained across all homes and provide direct support to Program Managers with administrative tasks, as well as working open shifts where needed. SCHEDULE:

Summary: The TEP Team Coach will effectively carry out the following responsibilities in working with Clubhouse members, people experiencing the disabling effects of mental illness.

Older Adult Clinician Contractor

PURPOSE:
Provide strengths-based, person-centered therapy to older adults within the community and over telehealth as needed. Treatment to include diagnostic assessments; individual, group, and family therapy; and supportive services for a diverse caseload of older adults experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues.
FUNCTIONS:
Provide client-centered, trauma-informed, mobile mental health treatment.
Enter intake and therapy appointments into EMR at least one week in advance.
Maintain accurate records of performance metrics and time spent including minimum billing expectations commensurate with scheduled hours. This includes entering progress notes within 3 days of service, including supportive documentation (e.g., treatment plans, safety plans, case management notes, briefs, triage notes, discharge summaries, no show or cancellation notes).
With the individual's consent, make a concerted effort to engage identified support system including family and significant others, as it pertains to identified treatment goals.
Provide an initial and ongoing assessment of presenting issues, diagnostic impressions, and recommended course of treatment.
Create treatment plan and routinely monitor progress in collaboration with the individual.
Provide linkage identified resources as needed. This may include coordination with Care Coordinator to facilitate referrals for expanded mental health programming including IOP, D&A, BCM, Psychiatry or community services.

Contractor will submit invoices for billable services by the end of business day on Mondays. All required paperwork (including progress notes and up-to-date treatment plans must be completed) before the program supervisor will sign-off on invoices. Services delivered without a corresponding progress note or current treatment plan may not be paid. Late invoices (30+ days after service delivery) must be approved by the program administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Human service field.
Must be clinically licensed or licensed-eligible in the Commonwealth of PA. If license eligible, will obtain clinical license in no more than 2 years.
At least 1 year of experience providing behavioral health therapy to older adults including a demonstrated knowledge of the specific nuances of treating this population.

Education and Engagement
