Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must be acceptable: no DUIs in the last 5 years, and no more than two in a lifetime. Must be willing to start within two weeks of application approval. Compensation and Training Structure We support your transition into a professional driving career: Training Pay: During the approximately four-week training period with an experienced instructor, you will be paid a salary of $650.00 per week. Post-Training Pay: Upon completion of training, you will be assigned your own company truck and receive a significant pay increase. Most drivers are averaging between $1200-$1400 per week + benefits at 30 days. Opportunities: You will be eligible for higher-paying dedicated, regional, and Over-the-Road (OTR) routes. Equipment: We utilize late model trucks, offering both manual and automatic transmissions.
