This job is responsible for partnering with Merrill Financial Advisors (FAs) to deliver banking and borrowing solutions to their clients. Complete customer transactions and establishing new deposit accounts as outlined in the Retail Services Handbook.
Responsible for sales revenue and growth including:
Establishes and executes calling program designed to meet or exceed agreed upon growth goals.
Contacts customers, businesses, community, and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business.
Works with existing customers to expand relationships and grow business.
Encourages and coaches staff to participate in meeting Service and Scorecard goals.
Provide customer referrals to bank personnel as appropriate. Work closely and collaboratively with CSB business partners including Consumer and Commercial Lenders, Cash Management, and Wealth Management.
Project a positive image of CSB within the community through involvement in local organizations.
Responsible for all consumer, non-mortgage lending activities.
