Spreads and analyzes financial statement information to determine financial capacity of borrowers. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Interacts directly with loan officers and customers/prospects regarding commercial business loans.Prepares accurate financial statement spreadsheets and debt service analysis derived from business and personal financial statements and tax returns.Prepares accurate Credit Authorization's in conjunction with loan officers and presents a complete and thorough analysis of existing and potential borrowers.Recognize and act on customer prospects, cross sell opportunities with existing customers.Make proper referral of loan opportunities to lending personnel.Interacts independently, without direction with customers/prospects to request financial information to complete spreading presentations and other financial analysis.Assists in the accurate determination of a borrower's debt service capacity in conformity to the type of credit analyzed.Reviews loan agreement covenants for verification of the compliance thereto.Accurately prepares financial projections as required.Maintains an accurate, up-to-date tracking log of all activity and credit arrangements in process.Collects industry information relevant to existing and proposed borrowers using internal & external sources.Consult with the President, Chief Credit Officer, Credit Administration Officers, and other Loan Officers, on credit structure, pricing, collateral and other credit consideration issues. The VP, Information Security is part of Poppy Bank's Information Security Team who proactively maintain our cybersecurity posture. This position will collaborate with business units and work closely with the Information Technology team, various departments, and a variety of vendors that supply the Bank's layered information security architecture. The incumbent is responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring of information security events and the platforms that generate those events. Platforms include anti-phishing, vulnerability management, patch management, end-point protection, data-protection among others. The incumbent will work closely with a Managed Security Provider as some of the security platforms are outsourced to an MSP. The VP assists the ISO in responding to and mitigating threats across the organization. Job Summary SUMMARY The role of VP/Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for directing, executing, and developing the Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Vendor Management, FDICIA and Model Risk Governance programs. This position reports to EVP, Chief Risk Officer, and will be expected to work closely with all aspects of the organization's operational and executive leadership to identify, assess and mitigate the high priority risks of the organization. The VP/ERM is expected to exhibit a high degree of credibility and influence on risk-related matters. The individual utilizes excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate complex issues in a simple manner to management, executives, committees and the Board. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Champion and implement the Bank's ERM framework in alignment with the EVP's vision, driving a comprehensive, enterprise-wide risk management program. Lead the development and integration of ERM tools, practices, and policies to support risk analysis, reporting, and data management across the organization. Consolidate and streamline risk documentation, assessments, and metric reporting to enhance risk visibility and control. Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with management to identify emerging risks early. Partner with business units to conduct risk assessments for new products and services, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Direct the completion of annual enterprise-wide risk assessments in accordance with regulatory expectations. Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing strategic insights and driving initiatives that enhance member value. Prepare and deliver risk reporting presentations to executive management, risk committees, and support CRO reporting to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. Communicate complex risk concepts clearly and effectively through written reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. Model Risk Governance Independently review and approve models and User-Defined Applications (UDAs) for use in Bank operations, ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory objectives. Manage model risk governance policies and audits, including the development and maintenance of model-related standards and documentation. Lead the design and implementation of a best-in-class model risk governance framework across the Bank. Provide regular reporting to senior management and Board committees on model risk matters. Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory interactions related to model governance. Maintain a comprehensive model inventory and ensure ongoing compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. Vendor Management Support Serve as a backup for Vendor Management activities as needed, maintaining a thorough understanding of the Vendor Management Program and associated risks. Ensure vendor relationships are managed within acceptable risk tolerances and in accordance with Bank policies. Additional Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as assigned to support the Bank's risk and compliance objectives. Must have strong underlying knowledge of regulatory frameworks within federally insured depository institutions. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to partner with business owners as a risk and compliance subject matter expert for their business cases and / or other project related matters to Senior Management.
