1946

Established in 1946, after helping General Motors convert their automobile production to aid the war effort, CCC has grown to become a full-service contractor offering a range of services that cover each step of the construction and equipment installation process.

1948

Serfass Construction was founded in 1948 by Elmer Serfass and remains a family-owned business to this day.

1958

Two years later, the company name was changed to PC Construction Company — a natural progression reflecting the shift from a small, family business started in 1958 to a thriving company now fully owned by the employees.

Pizzagalli Pre-Cast Stone was formed with six people on the payroll and gross sales for 1958 of $25,000.

1960

The company quickly expanded into residential and remodeling projects, necessitating a name change to Pizzagalli Construction Company in 1960.

1964

The company grew by leaps and bounds over the next few years, attracting expert construction professionals with diverse backgrounds and formed a team that would become Vermont’s largest construction company by 1964.

1979

Cincinnati Commercial Contracting was founded by John Westheimer in 1979 to provide clients with full-service commercial construction management and real estate development expertise.

1983

1983 Expanded business to full-service general contracting.

1992

1992 David A. DeMaio assumed position of owner and president.
