Nice offices in Naperville. Good benefits.
Horrible sales management and leadership. Only one guy is doing all the work. Lots of turnover among the credit analyst. VERY slow to respond. Customers often complained of a lack of response.
I really didn't have one.
Top leadership in the Naperville office was one of fear. Only one Sales Director was positive and helpful.
