Beginning to take on delegating tasks to other architectural staff while providing just-right levels of mentorship to ensure the success and growth of everyone on the team. Taking ownership of the accuracy, completeness, and overall quality of portions of the construction documents or entire drawing sets as appropriate to your level of experience.
