Paul joined ATS, a portfolio investment of JLL Partners, in February 2016. Previously he served in several leadership roles within Chromalloy, a portfolio investment of The CARLYLE GROUP. Paul served for nine years in the U.S. Navy as an F/A-18 Pilot.

Mr. Hernandez has served as President of Flightstar since founding the company in 2000. He oversees all aspects of the business, including serving as the Company’s “Accountable Manager” for regulatory purposes. He holds Airframe and Powerplant licenses from the FAA and has over 35 years of experience in aircraft heavy maintenance. From 1986 to 1999, he was Director of Maintenance and Vice President of Maintenance at Professional Modification Services in Miami, FL, during which time the company grew from a startup to an industry leader with over $50 million in annual revenue. His responsibilities included the control and management of a production workforce of 450 employees. Prior to joining PMS, Mr. Hernandez served in the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1986. He distinguished himself in the service by being promoted to the rank of E6 in less than 10 years and earning awards, including Maintenance Professional of the Year for the Tactical Air Command.

Conrad "Connie" Kalitta (born February 24, 1938) is an American businessman and former drag racing driver, nicknamed "The Bounty Hunter". Kalitta is the CEO of Kalitta Air and the owner of Kalitta Motorsports.
