Roles & Responsibilities:


End to end operations and controls management of Paying vendor & employee payments, ACH Collections including managing:

Processes, controls, & risk framework to ensure all regulations and firm policies are met Goal of reducing outsorts across fraud and other processing functions to reduce losses to the firm and improve straight thru processing Analytics to define new opportunities and examine performance Single Point of Contact for coordinating production issues and feedback resolution Single Point of Contact for audit and controls Single Point of Contact for escalations


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years product leadership experience; Financial Services experience strongly preferred; payments and retail experience preferred Proven track record of managing a product in production and managing successful controls, including audits and regulatory reviews Comfortable in the weeds to identify, put guardrails around, and address issues in a timely manner Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written) Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional team Ability to productively work in a matrix management organization Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must Ideal candidate has payments, cash management or operations experience

As Manager of Product, you will be responsible for supporting Call of Duty Esports on product strategy in several areas. This leader will be expected to act as a key liaison between Esports and the broader franchise and studio units. You will oversee the development, management and launch of our digital goods program - encompassing digital products that are either commercialized (e.g., bundles) or offered as viewership incentives to COD Esports fans. In forging strong relationships with the studio units, this leader is also expected to track the development of in-game and competitive features for COD Esports.
