Courtney leads Crexi’s marketing initiatives with 25+ years’ experience in marketing and strategy. She joined the team in 2019, where previously, she served as CMO of Greenfly, Inc. -- a venture-backed SaaS content platform. For 10+ years, Courtney led global media teams running campaigns for Visa, Luxottica, Beats by Dre, and Bank of America, among dozens of others. She also led Global Marketing for Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. for ten years, running their in-house marketing agency. Courtney achieved her BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her BA in Executive Management from Babson College.

Eli leads Strategy for Crexi after 15+ years of CRE and CRE finance experience. Eli joined Crexi in 2016 following a tenure as Director of Dispositions for Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), where he led portfolio dispositions in preparation for the company’s IPO. Previously, Eli was a Director of Capital Markets at Cohen Financial helping raise LP equity and construction financing for large commercial real estate developers. Prior to Cohen Financial, Eli helped launch Auction.com (now TenX )where he joined when his previous employer LNR Partners formed a JV with the online platform. Eli began his career at CBRE, where he spent three years as a senior financial analyst before obtaining a full academic scholarship to earn his MBA at the University of Florida.

Hans leads Crexi’s product team with a decades-long career and impressive pedigree of technology experience. Hans joined Crexi in 2019 following his departure from Weedmaps, where he also served as Chief Product Officer. Prior, Hans led product at Flipagram, acquired by ByteDance in 2017, and co-founded PTCH, acquired by Yahoo in 2013, where he led video products such as Yahoo Originals and Yahoo Live. Hans earned his BS in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering from UCLA and his MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Kris Cheh Beck is the Chief Legal Officer at Crexi. Kris attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
