Many carriers won't give you a chance without experience we will. One you put in your application. We will call and do a short interview. Once you are evaluated you'll be approved to put in an application. Approval process normally takes about 24-48 hours. Once approved you will come in for our 3 day Orientation. Once that is completed you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks. Trainee pay isn't much. It's just $650.00 per week. This rate is for your first 30 days only. Upon completion you then get moved into your own truck with a huge pay raise from $1050~$1350 on average depending on which position you chose once in your own company truck. If you google our company they have that our drivers make... The typical Truck Driver salary is $3,580. Truck Driver salaries can range from $1,729 - $5,505. Once you get going these can be realistic. But for now plan on making on average from $1050 to $1350 per week once in your own truck. You also have to be flexible when you first start and be patient to get the run you desire. It can take a few weeks to maybe a month or so to get exactly what you want. ie: We have retail stores runs that make $1400-$1600 per week right out of training if available. We offer local, dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Local runs get you home everyday. Dedicated/Regional runs get you home every week. And sometimes during the week depending where your load is going.
