The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to tractor-trailer, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers. Responsibilities Must be available and comfortable to work both Day and Night shifts Operate and drive various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. Load and unload freight safely and efficiently. Navigate routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during transport. Provide exceptional service to customers during deliveries. Qualifications Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and other specialized truck types is a plus. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable. Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading freight is advantageous. Strong understanding of route driving and logistics management. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
