We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. Our drivers enjoy the generous compensation and the excellent benefits package we offer, which are detailed below. Based on schedule and performance, drivers may be eligible to receive the below pay differentials:
Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour
Weekend Pay (both Saturday and Sunday schedule) = $1.50/hour
In addition to pay differentials, drivers will receive the following compensation:
Time-and-a-half pay for all hours over 40 in a workweek
Safety Enhancement Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $1.00/hour
Driver Trainer Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $25/day up to $500 + bonuses for successful post-training observations

Are you looking for an exciting career with a nationally known company and industry leader? AmeriGas Propane, the largest distributor of propane in the United States, is searching for an energetic and customer service-oriented person to join us as a Transport Driver.
Responsibilities:
As a Transport Driver you will drive a tanker truck (11,400 gallon capacity) to pick up propane at the supply point (e.g. refinery, pipeline terminal, storage facility) and deliver it to area AmeriGas facilities. The driver will make four to five pick-ups and deliveries per day, driving an average of 500 miles per day and working up to 14 hours per day. Approximately 80 percent of the driver's time is spent driving or waiting in line at the supply point. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Drive the tanker truck to pick up propane at the refinery and deliver to area AmeriGas facilities; approximately 45 minutes is required to load or unload the truck.
• Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker.
• Use permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck to unload the tanker. The hoses stored on the truck come in two sizes: 20 feet long, three inches in diameter; and 19 feet long, 1½ inches in diameter.
• Perform twice daily truck inspections.
• May climb ladders at some AmeriGas facilities to check gauges at the top of the bulk tanks.

The Fuel Transport Driver will primarily be focused on:
Follow company safety standards and report issues.
Complete all pre and post trip inspections per company expectations.
Report immediately any maintenance, suspicious or concerning finding from inspections.
Load and unload product following company procedures explicitly.
Monitor load/unload process at all times
Expected to be outside by loading/unloading area
Watch hoses and other areas to ensure in good working order
Ensure all drops are in the appropriate tank at the appropriate location.
Maintain legal logs and hours at all times.

Truck Driver Without Experience
Commercial truck driver job in Albuquerque, NM
You just got your Class A CDL but have no experience. With no experience many companies won't give you a chance. We will give you that chance. Twenty Class A Trainee's will be hired this week. Read our ad completely before applying. You must have graduated from an accredited Academy with at least 120 hours of training in the last 2 years.
This is not a local position...at first. After your are approved successful applicants will go out all over the country for 30 days without getting home at all. This is like basic training in the military.
The goal with your training is to build your confidence and turn you into a excellent safe Class A truck driver.
To start out the pay while in training isn't much just $650 per week. Once you get home from training you can take 2-5 days off to unwind from training. Afterwards you will sit down with your driver manager and chose from the many openings available.
Many are regional and OTR jobs. Regional jobs get you home every week and sometimes during the week depending on where your load is going. OTR jobs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off. Local jobs get you home everyday. Semi-local jobs get you home every other day and your days off.
Do not plan on getting a local position right away after training. It could happen but don't plan on it. Carrier's want you to hone your skills on the highway before you start locally.
Many of our positions pay between $1100 and $1400 per week to start. Some pay more depending on the position you choose and the endorsements you have.
Most of our dollar store accounts pay between $1400 and $1600 per week to start. These positions will have you unloading the trucks via rolltainers at several stores. Local jobs come available at times but do not depend on that happening your first few months on the job.
We have an excellent benefit package including 401k. Additionally we offer tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 to pay you back for getting your Class A License. We also offer college tuition for you or anyone in your immediate family at no cost to you.

Job Description
United Pipeline Systems, Inc. is seeking Commercial Drivers with a Class A CDL to join our installation crews. As a driver, you'll play an essential role in safely transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites while operating company CMV vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. This is a travel-based position requiring extended time away from home while working on pipeline installation projects across the U.S. Once on the job site, our drivers transition into installation technicians. Typical months will have 20% driving and 80% hands on work on the job sites.
Salary
Starting at $24.00 per hour (excluding overtime), with higher pay based on experience and qualifications.
Physical Demands
In the performance of duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to:
Sit, talk, and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, occasionally required to stand, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and taste or smell.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability for extended concentration.
Must be able to enter confirmed space and comply with safety policies.
Work Environment and Location
Home office location (s) Durango, CO and Farmington, NM
In performing the duties for this job, the employee will generally work in outside weather conditions (at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations).
Employee will travel by Automobile and/or airplane to job site locations and be away from home office for long periods of time to complete required installations.
This is a traveling role where you'll spend extended periods on the road (typically 3-4 months at a time) supporting installation projects.
The company provides hotel accommodation and a $59 daily per diem for meals and expenses while traveling.
Average work week consists of 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Requirements
Class A/B Commercial Driver License with a good standing MVR
Pre-employment background check and MVR screening
Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings
Must be 21 years of age to drive commercial vehicles across state lines
Minimum of two years' experience of verifiable driving experience after 21 years of age
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Preferred Experience
6 months of Pipeline, oilfield, or general construction.
6 months of heavy equipment operation.
5 years of driving CMVs
International work/traveling experience is also a plus.
Education
High School diploma or GED or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Preferred candidates will have more education and work experience
