Once successfully completed, you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training. You will stay out driving for 30 days straight not coming home during that time. This way we can mold you into a safe and successful driver. Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own truck and a huge raise. Running dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect. Why work for us? We don't keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We will get you home more often if you'd like.
