2003

2003 The Onex companies merge to form Commercial Vehicle Group.

2004

Then, in May 2004, Bostrom Holding changed its name to Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. and acquired Trim Systems.

2006

The IPO, completed in August 2006, was lead managed by Credit Suisse First Boston and co-managed by Robert W. Baird & Co.

CVG continued to grow at a strong pace in 2006, as first quarter sales were up more than 50 percent over the previous year.
