- Candidate will calculate commissions and produce Commission Reports on a weekly basis for our technicians for all completed jobs in a pay period based on established processes.
- Verify that the job is 100% completed & collected in the pay period before commission is paid.
- Make notes in our Field Service Software, Service Titan, in regards to payments.
- Calculate the commission to be paid for each job using programmed Google Sheets for each technician.
- Compile a list of missing Payments

Hughes has an exciting opportunity for a Commissions Specialist. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD. This position will support all North America retailers and partners. This position will interact with key stakeholders across the Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Payroll and Relationship Management departments and provide timely and accurate weekly payouts to retailers.
Responsibilities:
Process weekly, monthly and quarterly commissions for Dealers, Independent Sales Agents, National Call Centers in accordance with company's commission guidelines Learn commissions payment rules for various channels, commission elements and service plans Conduct research and investigations of compensation discrepancies and payment queries from retailers/partners and ad-hoc Update and maintain configurations within commission system, required for setting up new payment rules Maintain KPI's and Identify monthly payment trends that may indicate potential problems with data capture/processing or unusual lifts or declines in payment components Develop ad-hoc Excel-based reports for internal departments and Senior Management
Basic Requirements:
