Job Profile Summary
Technician I, Field Operations, is an entry-level role focused on the maintenance and installation of equipment at communication sites, as well as supporting installations and changes in data centers. This position collaborates with various departments to ensure optimal site operation and this role is crucial in site acceptance, backhaul troubleshooting, and testing. Responsibilities include regular maintenance, repairs, and customer installations for enterprise solutions, including government grant programs and large businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
* Collaborate with various departments, external vendors, and contractors to ensure standards of site acceptance for new builds, site modifications, backhaul installation, uplifts, troubleshooting, and testing.
* Conduct preventative maintenance, update site documentation, and verify site systems monitoring to maintain site standards.
* Maintain accountability for assigned company assets and coordinate with Logistics and Support Services to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Provide timely resolution of assigned trouble tickets and escalate issues as necessary.
* Ensure functionality of power systems and battery backups.
* Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum Years Experience 0 -1 Yrs., no prior related experience required.

Job Profile Summary
This role is responsible design, implementation, and inventorying of microwave, ethernet, and fiber circuits to the edge of the network for all sites across Commnet's with a focus on finding more reliable and cost-effective options than those currently in place Commnet's sites with a focus on finding more reliable and cost-effective options than those currently in place, including microwave path design and engineering, and supporting a hybrid of fixed-wireless and GPON (FTTP) broadband networks. Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
* Plans, designs, optimizes, and manages the leased line fiber ethernet backhaul circuits, including recommending alternative solution for improving network topology and mapping of existing and new sites, their capacities, and assurance of related circuit inventorying.
* Performs microwave path analysis and performance, path calculations, radio selection, antenna sizing, frequency planning, PCN filing and tracking, and licensing. Responsible for accuracy and alignment with FCC records, with internal regulatory and management.
* Supports leadership in establishing, renewing and compliance with MSA and SLA agreements with multiple carriers. Negotiate with LEC, ILEC, IXC, and other backhaul providers for interconnect services
* Owns and develops a designated market or region's backhaul network and work together with Data Engineering, Fiber Engineering, and Data Switch Operations network teams to ensure Transport links are properly integrated into transport and fiber nodes, cell site routers, and microwave radio devices across multi-vendor platforms. Includes collaboration with Construction and Real Estate as required.
* Responsible for capacity planning and management per engineering guidelines.
* Oversees circuit ordering, inventorying, and management functions, including OSS/platform management and ensures that work meets all applicable engineering, financial, planning, and operational standards.
* Mentors junior engineers and work with management on future transport engineering programs and budget forecasting.

Required Qualifications:

What You'll Do

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is $14.90 - $22.31/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $15,348.00.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. **Job Duties and Responsibilities**
In this role, the Intern will work as a member of an agile development team within our Wireless IT Supply Chain group to develop a solution for supply chain inventory, planning, ordering, or logistics. This will entail development of Java and/or Python based projects in a cloud-native environment. This role also provides opportunities to leverage AI technologies to solve business challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Development and test of supply chain capabilities using Java/SpringBoot and Python in AWS environment
+ Support incident and defect resolution related to assigned project
+ Participate in the design and architecture of assigned project
+ Collaborate with other scrum team members to integrate various components into a finished product
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ GPA 3.3 or above
+ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, a graduate program, or a related field of study
+ Must have 60 credit hours completed by May 2026
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Foundational understanding of core programming languages, including Java and Python, demonstrated through coursework and personal projects.
+ Experience building and documenting RESTful APIs
+ Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
+ CI/CD and source control experience
+ Familiarity with containerization concepts using tools like Docker and Kubernetes through educational or personal projects.
+ Great communication skills - someone who passionate about sharing your vision and getting others excited
+ Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services preferred

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
